Company has developed product after-sales service management system ,control procedures and standardized service procedures which is in line with industry standards. Now we have after-sale engineers 10 people, all have above 6 years oilfield experience, high technology level, good service sense, could provide special effective service, answer customer’s questions, provide technology guidance and improve company technology according to customer’s demands.
Our company will tell customer treatment measures by calls within 30mins after getting service request. If needs on-site service, we will dispatch engineers within 60mins. For place with after-sale service stations, we will arrive site not later than 1days. The time from company headquarter to failure site will not later than 3days.
Service engineers 24hours on standby
If failure not solve completely, engineer‘s leave should get permission of clients.
2、Spare Parts Supply
If the nearest service station has stock, as usual spare parts will be not later than 2 days.
If the nearest service station has no stock but company has, delivery time will be not later than 5 days upon transportation difficulty.
If the nearest service station and company has no stock both, it is need manufactured or purchased, we will discuss with clients to solve it.
